Questions: [email protected]

1. Contact

Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] from the address used at purchase, including cohort name and reason. We reply with next steps.

2. Exceptions

Custom enterprise engagements, private workshops already delivered, and third-party exam fees paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable once committed, except where law requires otherwise.

3. Timeframe

For standard cohorts, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase if the cohort has not yet reached its published start date and you have not downloaded restricted materials beyond the welcome pack.

4. Scope

This policy applies to fees paid directly to Nimbus Forge Academy for listed programs. It does not govern marketplace resellers unless stated in a separate contract.

5. Eligibility

Eligibility depends on cohort status, materials access logs, and whether services were personalized to your organization. We document decisions in writing.

6. Process

Submit request → confirmation of receipt → internal review → outcome email. If approved, refunds follow original payment path where technically possible.

7. Contact — chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can resolve issues quickly. Unresolved disputes may affect future enrollment eligibility.

8. Exceptions — partial access

If you accessed a substantial portion of downloadable materials after the refund window, we may offer partial credit instead of cash refund.

9. Timeframe — processing

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional time to appear depending on your payment method provider.

10. Scope — Korean consumers

Mandatory consumer protections under Republic of Korea law prevail where they conflict with stricter commercial terms here.

11. Eligibility — transfers

Seat transfers to another learner may be allowed before cohort start for an administrative fee where schedules allow; transfers are not refunds.

12. Process — recordkeeping

We retain minimal records of refund decisions for quality standards and dispute resolution for a reasonable period.
